Return Policy

At Higganum Hydroponics & Garden, we want every order to arrive safely and as expected. Please review our simple policy below.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unopened items.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: opened nutrients or grow media, consumables, special orders, clearance items, and installed electrical parts.


Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@higganumhydroponics.com within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll confirm the shipment with the carrier and, if the package can’t be located, issue a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.


Package Theft / “Porch Pirate” Incidents

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find your package:

  1. Check your property, mailbox, neighbors, and delivery areas.

  2. Confirm delivery details with the carrier.

  3. If still missing after 48 hours, email us for assistance.

While we’re not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we’ll support you through a carrier claim and may offer a discounted replacement when possible.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number to support@higganumhydroponics.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement or refund promptly.
